Shift Available:

6:30 PM - 6:30 AM (FULL-TIME / PER DIEM)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on assigned units during the shift Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing personnel Monitor and evaluate staff performance to ensure quality patient care Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other departments Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations Address resident care concerns and maintain a safe, supportive environment

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license 2-3 years of Long-Term Care experience required Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to manage staff and ensure high standards of patient care
