Job Summary:

The chosen candidate will:- Have responsibility for the care of all residents
- Report to the Director of Nursing
- Handle emergency situations with the Oak Hill team, by leading and directing other staff in the building
- Observe and Assess changes in resident condition
- Monitor or oversee the Nursing Department's resident care and documentation
- Notify On-Call providers as needed
Qualifications and Skills :
NYS RN License required (unexpired, in good standing). Long Term Care or rehabilitation experience preferred. IV and PICC line experience preferred. Leadership/Supervisory Experience preferred.Benefits :
