Valid New York RN At least 2 years' experience in a
Skilled Nursing Facility RN Unit Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist the DON and ADON in evaluating and directing day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department Review and address complaints and grievances from department personnel Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain safe nursing coverage Implement progressive counseling and disciplinary actions as needed Provide professional guidance and supervision to unit staff If you are passionate about improving residents' quality of life, value a culture of safety, care, professionalism, and teamwork, and possess strong communication skills, we welcome your application!
