What You'll Do:

As our RN Unit Manager , you'll be the driving force behind a team of nurses and caregivers, ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents. This isn't just a job—it's leadership with purpose.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Leading and mentoring unit staff with clarity, confidence, and compassion. Overseeing resident care plans, assessments, and clinical documentation. Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. Acting as a clinical resource and liaison for families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams. Proactively identifying areas for improvement and driving performance goals. Fostering a collaborative culture that reflects our values of respect, dignity, and excellence.

Who You Are:

Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Pennsylvania. 2+ years of nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (prior leadership a plus). A natural mentor with strong critical thinking and communication skills. Passionate about delivering quality care and growing clinical teams. Familiar with EMR systems
