This role provides leadership and support to nursing staff, promotes regulatory compliance, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to achieve positive resident outcomes. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff on the assigned unit. Coordinate resident care and monitor clinical outcomes. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. Conduct rounds and address resident, family, and staff concerns. Assist with care planning, admissions, discharges, and physician communications. Monitor documentation accuracy and completion. Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities. Promote a positive, resident-centered care environment. Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing. Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
