Leadership Position, Clinical Director RN / Home Care Syracuse, NY - Full Time We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to supervise our Syracuse team and grow into a clinical leadership role. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who excels in clinical oversight, compliance, team development, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinical operations and staff performance Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Nursing (NLN-accredited) or a 4-year degree (preferred) Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice 2+ years RN experience, with at least 1 year in home health or a related field (preferred) Supervisory experience within the last 3 years

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $100,000 annually This range represents 's good faith estimate of compensation in compliance with New York pay transparency laws. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location.
