About the Role St. Joseph's Health Cancer Center is seeking an experienced RN Practice Manager to lead clinical operations in a fast-paced oncology setting. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for staff management, patient-centered care delivery, and operational performance in alignment with Trinity Health's Mission and values. Personalized, cutting-edge therapies focused on both outcomes and quality of life Collaborative team: Multidisciplinary care with seamless coordination across oncology specialists and support services Recognized care: Nationally recognized for excellence, including designation as a U.S. News & World Report Best Regional Hospital Key Responsibilities Lead daily clinical and operational workflows within the oncology practice Hire, onboard, supervise, and evaluate clinical staff Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory standards Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and supply budgets Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and patient experience initiatives Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care Serve as a visible, working leader, supporting staff and patients directly Trinity Health RN II Leadership Expectations Lead and manage clinical staff, ensuring safe, high-quality, evidence-based care Promote a culture of patient safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Develop staff through coaching, mentoring, and performance management Drive operational, quality, and financial outcomes using data and best practices Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and mission-driven work environment Lead through change and support strategic initiatives across the organization Qualifications Active RN license BSN required 3+ years of RN experience Prior practice management or leadership experience Oncology or ambulatory care experience preferred What We're Looking For Strong, team-focused clinical leader Ability to thrive in a high-volume, patient-centered environment Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality cancer care Ministry/Facility Information. Pay Range:
$41.45 - $62.20 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
