Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager position is responsible for the coordination and delivery of nursing care in a long-term care unit. The successful candidate will have the support of charge nurses, an Assistant Unit Manager, an Assistant Director of Nursing, and an array of internal departments!

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse License with current registration in New York State Possess a minimum of 3 - 5 years related experience in a health-care facility. A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. Exceptional leadership skills that foster department and interdisciplinary teamwork, morale and productivity. Strong verbal, written interpersonal skills that promote employee engagement with supervisors, peers and subordinates.
