~40 hours Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee nursing operations within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for leading nursing staff, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care, and supporting smooth clinical operations across assigned shifts. This role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership capability, and the ability to maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility standards while promoting optimal resident outcomes. Key Responsibilities Supervise, coordinate, and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shifts Ensure delivery of care in alignment with resident care plans, clinical standards, and facility policies Participate in the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and facility protocols Monitor resident conditions, identify clinical changes, and escalate concerns to physicians as needed Provide leadership, coaching, and support to clinical staff to ensure high-quality care delivery Conduct routine patient rounds and respond professionally to resident and family concerns Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and unit records Promote a safe, compliant, and efficient care environment in accordance with regulatory standards Required Qualifications Education Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program BSN preferred; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus Licensure / Certification Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York•Required Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification•Required
