We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Evening Supervisor to join our team at Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Responsibilities:

Provide effective and efficient supervision to a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nurse assistants Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring resident needs are met and exceeded Monitor and report on resident care, including identifying and addressing any concerns or issues Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional customer service About the
