Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Home Care Agency

Position Summary:

Jzanus Home Care, Inc. has been in the industry for over 30 years and is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our Home Care team serving Nassau County. This role is a combination of office-based responsibilities and fieldwork, including opening new cases as needed. The RN Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring high-quality patient care, compliance with regulations, and support for clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support home care clinical staff to ensure quality patient care
• Conduct patient assessments and open new cases in the field as needed
• Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and agency regulations
• Provide clinical guidance, training, and mentorship to staff
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Active RN License (Required)
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
• Minimum of 2 year of clinical experience
• Home Care experience preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay:

$95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
