$30.00hour to $34.00/hour (depending on experience)
Shift:

What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee and guide LPN and CNA staff on your unit Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance Provide hands-on care and assist with treatments as needed Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams Lead by example, promote teamwork, and foster a positive work environment Support the RN Supervisor and Director of Nursing in overall clinical operations
What You'll Need:
Active LPN Previous long-term care or supervisory experience preferred Leadership skills with a compassionate, team-oriented approach Excellent communication and organizational skills A true passion for senior care
