Week Job Summary:

Provide leadership and oversight of nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff performance management. Responsible for coordinating nursing teams, improving clinical outcomes, and supporting quality improvement initiatives across units.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required Active Registered Nurse (RN) License required (NY State preferred) NYSED Primary Source Verification required BLS certification required Minimum 7 years nursing experience required Minimum 5 years supervisory/leadership experience required Strong knowledge of nursing operations, compliance, and quality improvement Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage staff performance and corrective actions

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations and staff Monitor patient care quality and ensure regulatory compliance Develop and implement quality improvement programs Collaborate with nurse managers to evaluate unit performance Address staff performance issues and support corrective actions Maintain documentation for incidents, medication errors, and compliance tracking Support staff training, onboarding, and performance evaluations Ensure adherence to infection control and safety standards Promote a patient-centered and professional care environment For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
