13 Weeks Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead clinical operations within the Behavioral Health This role is responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with clinical and regulatory standards in a fast-paced emergency setting. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff . Ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care delivery Coordinate daily staffing, assignments, and workflow Monitor compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and leadership Address and resolve clinical and operational issues in real time Maintain accurate documentation and reporting Required Qualifications Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license (single-state license only; compact licenses not accepted) BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) Required Experience Minimum of seven (7) years of nursing experience At least five (5) years in a supervisory or leadership role Behavioral Health experience Emergency Room (Adult) experience strongly preferred For more details reach at Aditi.sharma@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-587-6677 .
