ANNOUNCEMENT OF POSITION
Clinic Nurse Supervisor For Hamilton County Public Health Hamilton County Public Health is accepting applications for a Clinic Nurse Supervisor (PHN II) in the Department of Community Health Services.
Requirements include:
BS in Nursing with current valid RN license to practice in the State of Ohio. Supervisory experience, with two (2) years in Public Health or four (4) years clinical nursing experience. Sexual health/STI, tuberculosis, immunization, or ambulatory clinical experience preferred. Must have valid driver's license in state of residency. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Supervise public health nursing staff including directing of assignments and performance evaluation.
  • Support day-to-day clinic operations and coordination, clinic flow and scheduling, staff training and workforce development, quality improvement and program implementation.
  • Engage in a variety of culturally sensitive, population-based and individual nursing activities in homes, clinics and community settings.
