RN Clinical Manager - Satellite Office

8a-8p or 8p-8a | 24 or 36 hrs/week | Every other weekend

Overview:

Prolink is partnering with a hospital in the EST time zone to support their Central Staffing Office operations. This is a non-clinical/RN role focused on coordinating daily staffing needs ensuring appropriate coverage across hospital units by managing call-offs, shift requests, and staff assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

Match RN and support staff schedules to unit needs Manage call-offs, staffing shortages, and float assignments in real time Communicate with charge nurses and leadership via phone, email, and Teams Audit and manage schedules using UKG/Kronos and HRIS systems

Work Environment:

Office-based role located at Prolink headquarters Professional, business casual setting with secured building access No patient care responsibilities; structured call center-style environment Amenities include covered parking and on-site gym access

Requirements:

RN with acute care experience (manager, house supervisor, or senior charge RN preferred) Strong tech skills (Microsoft; UKG/Kronos preferred) No SNF/LTAC/Rehab backgrounds

Education:

ASN required; BSN preferred

Licensure:

Active RN license (Ohio or compact)

Comp & Perks:

$44/hr (days) | $48/hr (nights) + $10/hr weekend diff 120 hours PTO No direct patient care Stable schedule (no rotating shifts)
