We are looking for a nurse leader who not only brings clinical expertise, but who genuinely cares deeply about enriching the lives of older adults and fostering a culture of dignity, respect, and excellence in care. Position Summary The Nurse Manager plays a vital leadership role in ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centered care. This individual will plan, coordinate, and direct all nursing services while guiding and supporting a team committed to compassionate caregiving. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants Ensure the delivery of high-quality care that enhances resident well-being Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary partners, including: Physicians and medical directors Discharge planners Consulting pharmacists Therapists Culinary team Champion continuous improvement by implementing best practices and thoughtful care solutions Develop and enhance nursing policies, procedures, and staff education Support prospective residents and families through the admissions process Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN or LPN) Current, active license in good standing with the Ohio Board of Nursing Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting Strong understanding of Ohio Department of Health (ODH) regulations Excellent communication skills with a heart for service Preferred Qualifications Experience in geriatrics or long-term care Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy, positivity, and professionalism About Willow Brook Run At Willow Brook Run, we believe exceptional care starts with compassionate people.
