• As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Leading by example:
• Providing guidance and mentorship to your nursing team to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes
• Coordinating patient care:
• Overseeing the delivery of care to patients on your unit, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
• Managing operations:

• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio
