This role supports team coordination, workflow efficiency, and patient experience while assisting the organization in maintaining standards and expectations. Key Responsibilities Serve as the daytoday lead for front and backoffice staff Support daily workflow, patient flow, and scheduling coordination Assist onboarding of new team members as needed Reinforce company policies, procedures, and expectations Help monitor attendance, punctuality, and team accountability Address minor employee concerns and escalate to HR/leadership when appropriate Ensure a high level of patient service and office organization Ensure compliance at the local level with
