Assistant Nurse Manager - Intensive Care Unit

Job description OhioHealth is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for our Intensive Care Unit to provide clinical and operational leadership in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. In this full-time, on-site role, you will support the Nurse Manager with staffing, resource allocation, and daily unit operations while serving as a clinical expert at the bedside. You will mentor and develop ICU nurses, champion evidence-based practice, and lead quality and safety initiatives that reflect our mission as a not-for-profit, faith-based health system.
