RN Unit Manager - Skilled Nursing Facility We are looking for an exceptional RN Unit Manager to serve as a clinical expert in a skilled nursing facility in Willoughby, Ohio! Job Duties Assist in developing individual care plans Act as the main point of contact between residents and their families Oversee staff who provide direct patient care, such as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Assists with admission and discharge assessment Evaluates, prioritizes and meets the care needs of each resident Job Requirements/Qualifications At least two years of clinical experience as an RN in a long-term care setting Two years of nurse management/unit manager experience Active RN license in Ohio Possess empathy and passion for serving others Serve as a leader and a trusted resource to other healthcare team members
