Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care Oversee daily clinical operations and assist with admissions, discharges, and assessments Serve as a resource and mentor to nurses and STNAs Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations Communicate effectively with families, residents, and interdisciplinary teams

What We're Looking For:

Current RN license in the State of Ohio Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred (LTC experience a plus) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Compassionate and dependable team player
