Job Description

Woodlands Home Care is looking to hire Full-Time Clinical Supervisor for its Home Health practice. Position requires traveling. Disciplines are paid hourly and mileage. Pay rate is based on experience.

Duties include:

Supervisory on-site visits with staff In office insurance authorizations Start of care and discharge paperwork (Oasis) CPA visits Wound Care ( Including Wound Vacs ) Venipuncture PEG Tube Maintenance Medication Education Disease Management Patient/Family Teaching Home Health experience is preferred. Woodlands Home Care services Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties. Home Health RN must have reliable transportation, a current and valid license and an RN license, in good standing, in the State of Ohio.
