• Overview:

• As a Nurse at our healthcare facility, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong background in nursing who is passionate about providing exceptional healthcare services.

• Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with a focus on and .
• Perform and procedures as required.
• Demonstrate proficiency in to assess and address patient needs effectively.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams in settings such as skilled nursing facilities.
• Work in a dynamic environment, including and settings.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, regulatory standards, and ethical conduct in all patient interactions.

• Experience:

• Valid state or compact RN/LPN license and current CPR certification.
• Proven experience in nursing.
• PCC experience a plus but not required (training will be provided)
• Familiarity with skilled nursing facilities is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
