Responsibilities:
Oversee the weekend nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of patient care Develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures to promote quality care and patient satisfaction Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and address any concerns or issues that may arise Conduct rounds on patients to assess their needs and provide personalized care Serve as a role model, providing exceptional leadership and mentorship to nursing staff Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and staff performance Develop and manage budgets for patient care and staff resources
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma Strong clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams Ability to work weekends
