Charge Nurse Tulsa Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare Tulsa, OK Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Opportunities for advancement Qualifications CPR Certification CPR Team management Full Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) to lead our nursing team on 12-hour day or night shifts. In this role, you will provide direct patient care while overseeing daily nursing operations to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.
Schedule:
12-hour shifts Day and Night shifts available
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support CNAs, Medication Aides, and nursing staff on assigned unit Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and families Lead admissions, discharges, and transfers Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all regulations Perform wound care, IV therapy, tube feedings, and other skilled procedures Conduct rounds to ensure quality care and staff performance Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs Respond to incidents, concerns, and emergency situations as needed
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in the state Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current CPR certification Long-term care experience preferred, but not required Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
