Total Quality Management Schedule:
FT, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
What You Will Do:
Elevate Patient Care Quality:
Serve as the clinical authority and escalation resource for the care management team, ensuring complex patient situations are resolved with expert guidance, evidence-based decisions, and real-time coaching that directly improves patient outcomes.
Drive Operational & Process Excellence:
Lead Total Quality Management initiatives that streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and embed continuous improvement into the team's daily operations using proven methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
Turn Data Into Action:
Own the team's analytics and performance metrics, translating KPIs and care management data into meaningful insights that shape staffing strategies, identify gaps in care, and inform leadership decisions. Build and Sustain a
High-Performing Team:
Oversee team assignments, credentialing compliance, and timecard management while mentoring nurses to grow professionally — creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
Protect Organizational Integrity:
Ensure the care management team operates in full compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and credentialing standards, reducing risk and maintaining the organization's commitment to quality care.
What You Will Need:
Licensure / Certification /
Registration:
Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
Additional Preferences:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred Experience in care management, case management, utilization management, or quality improvement Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and healthcare metrics Knowledge of credentialing processes, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing clinical teams
