Night Shift position working 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) with schedule options including:

Friday, Saturday, Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday, Monday Key Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff and maintain compliance with patient care standards and hospital policies Evaluate and adjust staffing needs for current and upcoming shifts Coach, counsel, and evaluate nursing personnel Coordinate patient placement, transfers, and bed availability Serve as a clinical resource and provide hands-on patient care support when needed Promote continuity of care through effective communication with staff, patients, families, and leadership Monitor standards of care and support performance improvement initiatives Assist with staff education, training, and in-service development Participate in policy development and implementation of corrective actions when necessary

Qualifications:

Required:

Active Oklahoma RN License or valid multistate RN license Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Surgical Step Down experience 1-2 years of leadership or related clinical supervisory experience Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills Ability to analyze clinical and numerical data accurately
