Full-Time / Direct Hire•Permanent Placement Job Summary P3SG is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager II•Operating Room to lead clinical and operational nursing functions within an acute care hospital surgical services environment. This role requires strong Operating Room leadership experience with a focus on patient safety, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and staff development. The Nurse Manager II will partner closely with surgeons, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across Operating Room services. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Operating Room nursing operations and staff Oversee patient care delivery to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and healthcare laws Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Manage staffing, workforce planning, and performance management Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams Support emergency preparedness and surgical readiness Promote staff development, training, and engagement Monitor operational performance and healthcare quality standards Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required 5+ years of patient care delivery experience 5+ years of healthcare operations or related experience 4+ years of leadership experience (with or without direct reports) Strong Operating Room leadership experience (required) Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license (required at hire) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required at hire) Preferred Qualifications Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification Certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Acute care hospital Operating Room leadership experience Additional Information Nationwide relocation assistance available No visa sponsorship available New position: Only highly qualified candidates will be considered due to limited submission slots Apply Today • First‑round interviews will be scheduled with our VP of Operations and Finance, Lori McGuire.
