Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Needs to lead daily clinical and operational functions within a busy surgical services department containing 15+ operating rooms. Reporting to the Director of Perioperative Services, this leader will oversee approximately 60 FTEs. Provide hands-on leadership in daily OR operations, fostering strong staff engagement, supporting a collaborative team environment, and ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality surgical care delivery.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's Degree preferred

Experience:

Strong operating room experience; Previous operating room leadership experience in an acute care setting required; experience in a Magnet-designated facility and with Epic EMR strongly preferred

License:

Active NY RN License required

Certifications:

BLS through the

American Heart Association Computer Skills:
