Our 113-bed hospital offers inpatient, outpatient, diagnostic, medical, surgical and emergency care. We are a family of caregivers offering care to our larger family — our community.
Salary:
$50.96 - $76.46 Hours per week: 40 hours per week

Job Summary:
Accepts responsibility, accountability and authority as a unit manager on a 24-hour basis. Utilizes knowledge, methods and techniques pertinent to directing, guiding and assisting nursing management and staff members in fulfilling their responsibilities. Also oversees outpatient dialysis program.
Educational/Licensing:
Current Oregon RN License. Bachelor' degree preferred. Current
BLS & ACLS
certification required.
Qualifications/ Skills:
Must have 2-3 years of critical care experience and management experience is preferred. Demonstrates leadership qualities; good communication skills, ability to inspire confidence in others, ability to plan, implement and evaluate change, commitment to promoting growth of others. Ability to perform essential job functions and job specific competencies, critical thinking skills, strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
