Nursing Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, combines two leaders in health care, in the partnership of Universal Health Services & Lehigh Valley Health Network. This brand new 144-bed free standing behavioral health facility offers the community high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents. Hanover Hill is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC. The Nursing Supervisor is a registered nurse who provides direct care, leadership, direction, and supervision for all nursing care on their shift. The nursing supervisor is the on site administrator during the "off hours" (weekends, holidays, evening and night shifts) providing direction and supervision in all areas of the hospital. The nursing supervisor coordinates admissions, discharges, response to emergency codes and overall quality of care for patients.
Schedule:
Three 12-hour shifts a week from 7:00 pm - 7:30 am, including every other weekend.

Qualifications:
Associate's degree in nursing required, Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Current PA licensure required. 1-3 years of nursing experience required, 3-5 years of nursing experience is preferred.
