(HFSL) has an immediate opening for an RN Unit Supervisor at our campus in historic Bethlehem, PA. This is a full-time (37.5 hours/week) position Work schedule includes (Every Other Weekend!

) HFSL provides short term rehabilitation, dialysis, and long-term skilled nursing care by an interdisciplinary team of professionals. HFSL is a 5-star, multi-faceted nursing center and a "Preferred Provider" of the St. Luke's University Health Network and Lehigh Valley Health Network.

Primary job duties include:

Promotes the mission, vision, and values of the organization through leadership and standards of care. Oversee the daily workflow, staffing, orientation, training, and development of employees within the med/surge unit. Organize services and systems necessary for the multidisciplinary approach throughout the continuum of patient care. Complete daily clinical rounds, emphasis on high-risk residents.

Education and Experience Requirements:

RN license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a nursing supervisor position with the ability to lead and mentor staff in a fast-paced setting. Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills. Equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities as cited above.
