Registered Nurse Unit Manager Responsibilities:

Provide professional nursing leadership and guidance to our unit staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and excellent patient outcomes. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives. Participate in on-call responsibilities, providing leadership and support to the unit as needed.
