Monday•Friday | 3:00 PM•11:00 PM Active PA RN License Required We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our growing team. What You'll Be Doing Serve as a clinical resource and leader for direct care staff throughout your shift Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Unit Managers with staffing coordination and daily operations Provide direct patient care when necessary or assigned Ensure resident safety, comfort, and quality of care standards are maintained at all times Foster a positive, team-oriented environment across all departments

What We're Looking For Required:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania — no exceptions Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitative care setting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong clinical judgment and the ability to lead calmly under pressure

Strongly Preferred:
