Temporary, Part-time Position Summary:

Cornwall Manor Retirement Community is seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN or RN to serve as a Unit Manager. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations on the unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, and supporting nursing staff in a collaborative, resident-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff, including scheduling and performance oversight Coordinate and manage resident care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in health status Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care

Qualifications:

Current, active LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care
