Unit Manager Day Shift Job Summary:

Heritage Pointe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a skilled rehabilitation and nursing facility in Doylestown, PA, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our unit, ensuring exceptional patient care, and fostering a collaborative environment among our nursing staff.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with examinations and/or questions, providing personalized attention and care Implement and interpret organizational policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Attend daily clinical meetings with the nurse management team to discuss patient care and progress Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient information Participate in care plan development with the clinical team to ensure patient-centered care
