RN Supervisor:

Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and resident care standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of nursing professionals. Compassionate, patient-centered, and committed to quality care. Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Develop, implement, and update care plans Accurately document patient care and outcomes Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs as needed Educate residents and families on care plans and health conditions Ensure compliance with facility policies and infection control standards

RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shifts Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure quality resident care Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status Provide clinical leadership and guidance to staff Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance Coordinate staffing and support shift coverage as needed Address resident and family concerns and escalate clinical issues when appropriate Support interdisciplinary communication and care planning Walk-in Interviews Welcome Monday to Friday from 10 am-2:30 pm!
