This role is ideal for a nurse leader who is hands-on, organized, and passionate about delivering high-quality resident care while supporting and developing frontline staff.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7AM to 3PM The Unit Manager RN is responsible for the day-to-day clinical management of a designated nursing unit, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and effective team communication. This role partners closely with nursing leadership and plays a key role in resident outcomes, staff engagement, and survey readiness.
