RN Supervisor-PRN

Nursing Supervisor The Village at Morrisons Cove in Martinsburg, PA, is currently seeking to hire an RN Supervisor-PRN. This individual will work approximately 1-3 days per week, depending on the needs of the schedule. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care
• Monitor patient care plans and ensure adherence to protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care programs
• Supervise medication administration and treatments
• Assist in developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures
• Conduct regular patient assessments and address any concerns promptly
• Provide training to nursing staff on medical procedures and best practices Communicate with families and medical practitioners Communicate with local referral sources Attend committee meetings as assigned Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania nursing license (RN) in good standing
• Previous experience as a Nursing Supervisor or similar role preferred
• Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and patient care systems
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
