RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care Oversee clinical operations during your assigned shift Conduct rounds to monitor resident care and address any concerns Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to implement care plans Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations Provide guidance, coaching, and support to nursing staff

Registered Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:
