GENERAL OVERVIEW
This job functions as administrative liaison between staff, patients, physicians, families, other hospital departments, and outside agencies.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitates the patient flow process while ensuring quality patient care in a cost effective manner. (25%) Assists in human resource activities such as interviews, evaluations, disciplines. (10%) Directs patient care activities including quality/performance initiatives and proper staff assignments. (25%) Performs the job duties of the staff RN. (20%) Establishes, monitors and adheres to annual operating budget. (10%) Maintains consistent readiness and ensures department compliance for regulatory agencies. (10%)QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) Bachelor of Science in Nursing or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree. 2 years medical/surgical nursing experience 5 years critical care nursing experience CPR - American Heart Association Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate Preferred Certified Radiology Nurse Radiology experience Management experienceDisclaimer:
