RN Supervisor

Horsham Center for Jewish Life, a 324-bed long-term care facility , is seeking a RN Supervisor to provide leadership and ensure high-quality nursing care during the evening shift. Join our team and help maintain safe, compassionate, and excellent care for all residents.

Evening:

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM or Weekends 7:00a-7:00 or 7:00p-7:00a

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing staff Ensure compliance with resident care plans, policies, and regulations Oversee medication administration and resident safety Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to maintain high-quality care Act as the leadership point of contact for staff and administration on the evening shift

Qualifications:

Current RN license in Pennsylvania Leadership and supervisory experience preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented Long-term care experience preferred
