Job Description

Oakwood Healthcare and Rehabilitation is looking to hire a Weekend RN Supervisor 7-3 and 3-11 to join our team!
RN Supervisor Responsibilities:
Oversees the nursing department in the absence of the DON. Supervise and lead a team of nursing staff during weekend shifts, ensuring adherence to established care plans and protocols. Monitor and evaluate residents' progress and make adjustments to care plans as necessary. Uphold and promote a positive and supportive work environment for the nursing staff. Completes patient care rounds, coordinates admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Schedule:
7-3 and 3-11
Every Weekend Qualifications:
Valid RN license Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team Long-term care or nursing home experience preferred
