This role combines clinical leadership, hands-on care, and team support , serving as a key resource for staff, residents, and families. What You Need Active RN license in PA (in good standing) 2+ years RN experience (long-term care preferred) Prior supervisory/charge nurse experience Current CPR/BLS certification Strong leadership and clinical skills What You'll Do Lead and supervise nursing staff (LPNs & CNAs) Oversee resident care and ensure quality standards Administer treatments & monitor resident conditions Communicate with physicians, families & care teams Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies Act as nurse-in-charge for the shift Ready to lead and make a difference?
