Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of nurses, including directing and assigning tasks, providing guidance and mentorship, and addressing concerns and issues Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that the highest level of care is provided to each patient Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor and report on patient outcomes and quality of care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating nursing staff Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures Foster a positive and productive work environment Registered Nurse (RN)

Supervisor Requirements:

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Pennsylvania Prior experience as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on rehabilitation and long-term care preferred Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations and priorities Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess patient needs and develop effective care plans
