Charge Nurse - RN

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential nursing care to patients in various settings, including long-term care facilities, home community care, and pediatric environments. The LPN will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care tailored to their individual needs. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the supervising nurse or physician. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients. Provide basic life support when necessary and assist in emergency situations. Conduct specimen collection processing and maintain accurate patient records. Support pain management strategies for patients experiencing discomfort. Engage in geriatric care practices to support the elderly population effectively. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Requirements Valid RN or LPN license in the state of practice. Experience in geriatrics, long-term care, or home community care is preferred. Proficiency in life support techniques and emergency response procedures. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
