Job Description

Hours:
Weekday / Daylight - No Evenings, Weekends or Holidays! The Nurse Practice Manager maintains full accountability for leading and managing the human resources, clinical, financial and administrative operations of an assigned practice(s) in order to continuously improve the quality of patient care and create a healthy workplace for staff in collaboration with organizational leadership. This position will require travel to Children's Satellite locations, including Children's Hospital North, Pine Center Specialty Care Offices and Children's Hospital's main location in Lawrenceville.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily practice operations, staffing, and patient flow to ensure high‑quality care. Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff; oversee hiring, onboarding, evaluations, and performance standards. Drive quality improvement, evidence‑based practice, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with medical staff to monitor outcomes and implement clinical and safety initiatives. Manage budgets, resource utilization, and operational efficiency. Build a positive, supportive team culture with strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills. Build strong relationships with staff, and leaders. Promote professional growth, continuing education, and specialty certification. Ensure a safe, culturally sensitive, patient‑focused care environment.
