LPN/RN Unit Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN/RN Unit Manager to join our team at Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania. As a Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in leading our interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and service to our residents. This position is primarily Monday through Friday; however, occasional evenings and weekends may be required for resident and staff observation, as well as training.

LPN/RN Unit Manager Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of a designated unit, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of care and services Manage and supervise a team of licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and registered nurses (RNs), providing guidance and support as needed Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Coordinate and conduct resident assessments, care planning, and evaluations Develop and maintain effective working relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless resident transitions and exceptional customer service Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities, promoting a culture of continuous learning and excellence

LPN/RN Unit Manager Requirements:

Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania Prior experience in a healthcare setting, with supervision and management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of state and federal regulations
