Assistant Director of Education (RN) Finger Lakes Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to join our team as the Assistant Director of Education . This role is ideal for a motivated nurse educator who is passionate about staff development, clinical excellence, and driving innovative education programs in a hospital setting. What You'll Do Provide leadership and operational oversight for the Education Department Develop and implement clinical education programs, training, and curriculum Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards Support strategic initiatives, program growth, and workforce development Partner with leadership to enhance staff competency and performance Oversee departmental resources, scheduling, and program effectiveness Mentor and support clinical educators and staff

What You Need Required:

Master's Degree in Nursing Active New York State RN license 5+ years of RN experience in Acute Care or a mix of Acute and LTC 3+ years in leadership or management 3+ years as an educator teaching acute care related programs

Preferred:

Doctorate in Nursing or related field and LTC experience

Additional Requirement:
